Come and see the spectacular hot air balloons glowing at dusk and enjoy the good food, wide variety of retail vendors and activities for the kids.

Our event is strictly capacity controlled. Due to Covid-19 we may be required to operate under additional guidelines and protocols, which may be stronger at the time of the event should we see any spike in cases in the locality of the event. As such, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel this event subject to advice from local health officials and in communication with the County an the State who issue the permits for this event to take place.
Exposure to Coronavirus is an inherent risk in any public location where the public are present. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to the virus at our event.
Our event will follow CDC guidelines and and ask all guests to socially distance from other groups. Guests MUST preregister before attending - there will be no "day of" tickets or admission. When entering the main event area, all guests will be subject to temperature screening. We ask that all guests also wear a face covering and socially distance from other groups by at least 6ft at all times.
Finally, we encourage all guests who are considered vulnerable to stay home. If you have underlying health conditions, you may have a greater risk with Covid-19. While we will not be enforcing age restrictions at this event, we encourage all guests to stay informed on CDC guidelines and to follow any instructions that may be put in place for your safety.
If this event is postponed, rescheduled or relocated, credits to the new event or any balloon glow tour event will be given. This event is rain or shine, but please remember that hot air balloons can only operate in suitable conditions and if it rains or is too windy, the hot air balloons may not be displayed.
If balloons are not displayed due to poor weather, a credit for another event will be given. This is part of The Balloon Glow Tour Weather Guarantee. We are unable to offer refunds on admission due to poor weather because as an event, we do not get refunded by our venue, permit fees, infrastructure costs etc.
All tickets are purchased in full acceptance and understanding of the policies listed on this page.
